Position Overview:IT - POS Operations Coordinator

This position will be the "Go-To" person between Business and IT Teams within the framework of the Build

and Run IT organization. The role will service Business needs, Coordination of Projects, Tasks, and Events which occur within the Store Operations. The Operations Coordinator will Act on these activities in their

Current state, while being cognizant of a Future state in which the Business will require.

Core Requirements:

• Hands on Experiences with Retail Applications (At the Core being Store Systems).
• POS Lab Management.
• POS Delivery.
• Item/Pricing/Promotions/Coupons Set-up.
• Identifies with what is inside the "4-Walls of Store Operations":
• Support questions about POS.
• Payment (PinPads & Tendering).
• Traffic Counters.
• Reporting.
• Store - 3rd Party Applications.
• Mobile Devices (iPads).
• Omni-Channel.
• Loyalty/Customer/Private-Label Card programs.
• Gift Card (Plastic and Virtual).
• Holiday / Peak Calendar Readiness.

Additional Retail Requirements

• 2 years of working with Fujitsu, Oracle, or related POS applications.
• Knowledge of these applications or comparable applications/integration points:
• XCCommerce (Pricing Promotions and Coupons).
• Kobie Loyalty.
• Allant CRM.
• AJB Transaction Polling.
• ATG eCommerce.
• EMV (Payments, Tokenization).
• OMS (Ship-to/Ship-From Store).

• Backoffice.

• Quality Assurance of Core POS functions on POS devices.
• Has Software Vendor Coordination and Relationships.

Coordination Requirements:

• Customer Facing – Business Liaison, Store Associates, and Technical.
• Manage to deadlines and priorities.
• Problem solving skills.
• Manage onsite, onshore, and offshore resources.
• Good Communication Skills across the organization.
• Can bring closure to tasks.
• Understanding of Requirements requested.
• Supports Governance and Audit standards defined.

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable Specialized training.
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project for documentation.
