MOD Pizza is looking for their next all-star MOD Squad Members!

MOD Squad Members directly contribute to the success of the organization by providing the MOD experience to all customers. MOD Squad Members connect directly with customers providing super fast service, amazing pizza & salads, cool environment, and memorable customer service. As a MOD Squad Member your objective is to live, teach and demonstrate the MOD Pizza culture in all interactions.

Essential Duties include developing relationships with customers and generally delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for candidates who act with integrity, honesty, and the passion that promotes MODs culture, core values, and mission. MOD Squad members must always maintain a calm/cool presence during peak volumes or unannounced events to uphold our goal to provide memorable customer service to all MOD patrons, and always check for high quality of all MOD products provided, and adhering to MOD Pizza recipes and presentation guidelines.

MOD Squad Members must adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products, as well as constantly evaluate customer and store needs, environment, and look for customer cues to provide feedback to the manager to foster a positive store workflow for each shift. We are looking for team players who can follow MOD Pizza operational practices and procedures to, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all MOD Squad Members during shift.
