Description
Responsible for performing merchandise resets and rack/display placements as designated by pre-established plan-o-grams.
• Supports the sales center and market unit’s volume by ensuring product in properly merchandised.
• Works in teams to perform resets of assigned stores using pre-established plan-o-grams.
• Ensures package, brand, and promotional goals are reflected in the store sets.
• Maintains a safe and unobstructed work environment during reset activities
• Performs all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to direct the work activities of other team members.
• Provides adequate communication to the customer on changes to store as a result of reset activity.
• Be accountable to the retailer’s needs before and after the reset.
• Able to make decisions and present workable solutions as issues arise during reset activity.

Requirements
Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
* Specific customer service and beverage industry experience preferred.
* Experience working with minimal supervision preferred.
* Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills preferred.
* Experience with client negotiations a plus.
* Pallet jack certification preferred.
* Successful experience in a team environment.
* Must have a valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
* In customer accounts, occasional hot/cold environments.
* Regular bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
* This position requires more than 50% travel by car.
