Operator Team Lead

The Team Lead will be required to oversee a small group of individuals. This will be a group of about (6-10 employees) They will monitor and ensure the group is organized, coordinate jobs to hit fulfillment numbers and also jump in to assist in production and assembly when need be.

They will be responsible for:
- Coordinating small groups of employees (6-15).
-Dispatching jobs
-Quality Inspection
-Monitor employee activities
-Train New employees
-Employee evaluations
-Enforce policies with group
-Assisting in production when employees call off or are behind.

95% of the time this employee will be on the floor and moving throughout the shop.
