Role Summary:

Lead the cross functional team to deliver on all program(s) deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract and business case.

Essential Responsibilities:

All contract performance related activities, tied to customer(s) or program(s). Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, solutions to issues. Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. May also support proposal and negotiations. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit. Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Product Management). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Program Management.
