Role Summary:

The Cash Leader will be a key member of the Services FP&A team. The role will support the Services FP&A Manager by providing standard financial estimation, reporting, and analytics. This is a critical role to communicate with the different regions and segments on CFOA-related financial figures & drivers, and will be involved in periodic operational mechanisms, including operational review, closing & budgeting.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Services finance team to prepare operational reviews, risks & opportunities (R&O), and variance analysis on CFOA and FCF
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple organizations (Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations) to ensure timely and accurate reporting of key cash metrics
  • Identify the key drivers for variances to plan and forecast
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly / quarterly cash figures and assist in monthly/quarterly close and reporting requirements
  • Support the Services planning cycles including blueprints, S2, and operating plan
  • Identify process improvement opportunities on cash flow forecasting and support simplification projects / initiatives
  • Support Services related disposition / integration projects as it relates to cash and balance sheet inquiries

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial position (or completion of a GE finance leadership program)
