Job Responsibilities Include: Provide kind and compassionate care for our residents with an emphasis on patient centered care, quality, and timeliness.Ensuring quality and regulatory compliance while overseeing coordination of residents' health and wellness needsActive coordination with the interdisciplinary team in both the care planning and care delivery process. License/Certification requirements: Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN school of nursing.Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.Current CPR certification. Knowledge/Skill requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of clinical skills, nursing practices and techniques as applied to skilled nursing care.Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local long-term care regulations.Demonstrated understanding of the resident assessment and care planning process.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to effectively communicate with residents, family members and staff at all levels of the organization.A compassionate commitment to customer service and enjoy caring for the elderly.Minimum of one (1) year experience in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or hospital setting.
