SUMMARY
Provide high quality customer service and technical assistance in the resolution of customer needs. Candidates will be taking 70-80 calls during their shifts with the average calling being around 5 minutes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Identify needs and provide service in resolution of customer inquiries.
- Apply customer service and membership policies, exercising discretion when necessary.
- Utilize the customer service standards to achieve work and service quality as well as volume expectations.
- Educate customers on products and services offered, matching benefits with customer needs.
- Perform business retention activities, including educating customers and members on product and service offerings.
- Project a consistently professional image when dealing with contractors, co-workers and members.
- Advise manager/supervisor and respective administrative department of vendor/customer issues.
