About this job
Responsible for providing quality service by accurately and respectfully responding to telephone, written and electronic inquiries from employees/members, providers and clients. Inquiries include a variety of topics such as insurance benefits, eligibility, claim status, claim disposition, etc.
Work Environment: Fast paced call center. Business casual. Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, short day on Fridays 38.5 hours/week. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of medical insurance, benefit, claims, and high volume CSR experience. Stable work history, no gaps, ultra professional, good grammar, type at least 40 WPM.
