About the Role – Programs Customer Service Coordinator 3

This role will be in support of L3 Technologies product service at our L3 Pittsburgh office. The position will be the first point of contact for the customer. This incumbent should be well-organized, and be able to respond timely to work demands. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the customer needs.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist in management and coordination of the end to end activities of the repair process, to ensure successful completion and or return of the product

  • Participate in the maintenance of a capacity plan and repair schedule for the Service Center
  • Consolidate labor, hours and parts estimates from the repair floor to the Contact Center for work to be performed
  • Communicate effectively and clearly, the status of in service repair actions/activities to customer and organization, to ensure commitments are met
  • Assist in the coordination of all programmatic aspects of customer deliverables including cost, schedule and performance. Additional responsibilities to coordinate Integrated Logistics Support, warranty and repair contracts for equipment currently delivered to customers
  • Coordinate the execution of repair and on-site support activities including requests for support and issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA's)
  • Create, update and monitor major program data submittals and customer specific reports on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure repair data is complete and accurate in the ERP system
  • Support meetings as required
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping and associated government and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate the generation of new customer credit applications
  • Ensure all repair data is complete and accurate in the repair management system
  • Coordinate training programs with customers
  • Generate and update program schedules and create and maintain program files and equipment lists in ERP system.
  • Submit material requisitions and track back ordered material
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience, Skills and Education

  • AS Degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ERP system based software preferred
  • Experience in Aerospace or High Tech Industry is an asset
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Ability to organize and coordinate meetings, record action items
  • Due to the nature of our work as a DoD contractor, applicants must be US Citizens
