About this job
Immediate, full-time/part-time registered dental assistant (RDA) needed for busy, modern dental office in League City, TX. Must have a MINIMUM of 1 year of dental experience. Bilingual required!!
Job overview:
• Communicates with the patients (parents/guardians) and team members effectively
• Prepare treatment rooms prior to patient arrival patient
• Handles hazardous chemicals in a safe manner
• Restocks all treatment rooms
• Takes x-rays as needed
• Records treatment rendered
• Instructs patients in oral hygiene
• Sterilizes instruments and equipment after each patient appointment
• Maintains cleanliness of treatment rooms and sterilization area
• Can accept constructive criticism
• Demonstrates ability to use dental computer software and other equipment
• Completes annual education and/or licensing requirements, if applicable
• Maintains dependable job attendance
• Adheres to all safety and infection control rules
• Uses appropriate safety equipment.
