Requirements:

• Minimum age of 23
• Current Medical Card
• Current Class A CDL
• 12 months of OTR or Regional flatbed driving in the last 4 years (3 states or more)
• No more than 2 unsafe moving violations in the last 3 years
• No felony convictions in the last 7 years
• No DUI/DWI/Drug convictions in the last 10 years
• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years
