Our Kitchen Managers have full responsibility over:

  • All kitchen staff (hiring, training, deployment, etc)
  • Ordering of all Food and supplies
  • Inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen
  • R&M of kitchen equipment

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a kitchen manager
