ADM Consultant - PSJH

Providence is calling a ADM Consultant to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.

We are seeking a ADM Consultant to be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the disability and absence management programs including answering questions, addressing escalations, responding to AskHR tickets, providing required information to our third-party administrator and vendor partners, administering the end-of-benefits process, manage scheduling for interactive discussions for ADA cases and identifying and participating in process improvement opportunities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Primary day-to-day contact for escalations of complex leave and disability issues ensuring appropriate resolution that is timely and consistent with policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations.
• Daily liaison with the third party administrator claim team and other vendor partners to address caregiver, core leader and/or HR questions, leave or claim clarification, and service issues.
• Act as an internal resource for HR, the HR service center, payroll and other internal partners for leave and disability issues and questions including clarification on policies, processes, leave laws, , how CBA leaves are administered, providing education on available reports and their content, etc.
• Working with Senior ADM Consultant, participate in oversight as defined (e.g., call monitoring, audits) to ensure policies and processes are working as desired.
• Assist in identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and working with the Senior ADM Consultant and/or Manager to implement.
• Respond to requests from HR Consulting and legal ensuring timely and comprehensive responses.

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience
• 3 Years' experience in Human Resources with at least some in disability and absence management

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• CDMS, CPDM, PHR
