Description

The Boutique Studio Manager is the owner of the Branded and non-branded studio programs within their Club. They have the skill set to balance both the art and science behind promoting our brand, and are incredibly passionate about fitness and inspiring, empowering and leading others.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of the program is Brand Right- Facilitate regular PF&C to ensure brand consistent and executing with Excellence

Member Relations/Participation

Deliver Exceptional Programming

  • Build and grow relevant, robust, branded schedule with the best teachers in place by utilizing schedule optimization tools and brand blueprints to pair the right teacher with the right Signature format driving exceptional student experiences.

Member Connections throughout the Club

  • Collaborate with every department in your Club to partner and cross-market on a regular and consistent basis, (DH's, Sales, Front Desk, and Activity Desk).
  • Consistently offer events
  • Member Outreach
  1. On the Floor

  2. At the Front Desk

  3. At the Activity Desk
  • Information Tables
  • Coordinate and execute fun events quarterly to pull members and guests together.
  • Social Media postings; myLT.com, Facebook, Instagram, etc., (weekly).
  • Daily Huddle Connect Calls Reach out to and onboard new members who are curious or passionate about Group Fitness
  • Provide the best people, places, and programs!
  • Work towards Artistry status.

Connections Outside of the Club

  • Social Media postings; myLT.com, Facebook, Instagram, etc., (weekly).

Places

  • Partner with Ops Manager to maintain \"like-new\" studio and manage any inventory.

Community

Your Presence

  • Teach 8-10 Studio classes on the schedule.
  • Billboard for Studio Programs throughout the club and community.
  • Attend Daily Huddle meetings
  • Weekly meeting GFSM and GM
  • Weekly DH meeting
  • Bi-weekly National Calls
  • Regional Quarterly Business Reviews per SOP.
  • Have your team provide feedback on your classes on a regular basis, (at least once per quarter)

Your Team

  • Recruit, cast, onboard and develop the community's top teaching team who are excited about Life Time Group Fitness.
  • Offer Continuing Education opportunities
  • Attend 2-3 teacher classes per week and provide feedback.
  • Consistent communication with Team.
  • Quarterly Team Get togethers/Fun Activities.
  • Weekly Team memo (via Yammer/email)
  • Facilitate regular PF&C to ensure brand consistent and executing with Excellence

Manage KPI's of Program

  • Gather and analyze KPI information at club level to report to General manager via monthly Business Review

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Four-year college degree in related field
  • National GF and/or Indoor Cycle Certification
  • 5+ years of progressive employee development, education, and customer service
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational/time management, writing, research, analytical, communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven background in building high performing teams, with the ability to mentor and cultivate the career path of team members

Licenses / Certifications/ Registrations

  • National GF Certification
