Unlike most restaurants, we don’t hire “cashiers”, “cooks”, etc. Instead, we hire talented individuals who are capable of excelling in every area of the restaurant

We are looking for motivated team members to prepare and serve high quality food with excellent customer service. This can be a relaxed or fast paced food environment depending on a multitude of variables. Flexible schedules are available and hours can vary. 20-35 hours per week positions available. Your availability will reflect how likely you are to secure the hours you desire. We boast quite a progression chain in our store as well. If you put in the time and effort, we will reward those who stand out with advancement opportunities within the store.

Team Member Responsibilities include but not limited to

·        Cooking in an open concept kitchen

·        Making fresh squeezed lemonade daily

·        Baking fresh bread

·        Interacting with the guests

·        Doing only your best to be inviting

·        Prepping fresh ingredients

·        Practicing kitchen communication

·        Routine daily cleaning of the restaurant

·        Ability to lift 10 lbs, occasionally 100 lbs

OPENERS additional responsibilities but not limited to

·        Operate a slicer

·        Blanch and prep the days fresh ingredients for business

·        Use basic math skills to follow a prep sheet and bread count form

·        Have communication skills to address catering calls and vendors

Qualifications

·        Punctual - On time every time

·        Genuine - Do what you say and say what you mean

·        Efficient - Able to multitask, be organized, and have a quick pace

·        Friendly - Smile, have fun, and let your personality shine

·        Team Members must be at least 16 years of age

·        Openers must be at least 18 years of age

·        Authorized to work in the United States with appropriate documentation

 

Wage is determined by previous restaurant experience as well as other variables that may be detected with every potential candidate.
