The Concierge Ambassador will be responsible for providing the highest level of personalized guest service while creating unique guest experiences through coordinating dining, entertainment, spa and salon treatments, cabana reservations, transportation, tour excursions, and any special requests from our guests. The incumbent must complete all reservations with accuracy and attention to detail. It is the goal of the Concierge Ambassador to promote the Caesars brand and Caesars Palace by suggestively cross-selling and up selling Caesars Palace restaurants, spa, salon, entertainment, and nightlife. Concierges serve as liaisons across the property and brand, establishing and building vendor and venue relationships. The incumbent must pro-actively exceed in anticipating our guest's needs while providing service with the highest ethical standards, flexibility, patience, resourcefulness, creativity, and professionalism

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Utilize all resources available to ensure full knowledge and understanding of the property, in order to provide an exceptional service experience for our guest.
  • Complete all required training and ongoing coaching as needed within the Concierge Ambassador Role.
  • Coordinate guest's needs with other departments as required, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This includes bell cart reservations, package check, and directional assistance, tour excursions, dining reservations, strollers and wheelchair assistance.
  • Process new Total Rewards Memberships; communicating benefits of the program to all guests and exceeding monthly Membership goals.
  • Service Total Rewards Members; processing vouchers and providing specific account information and rewards that are earned.
  • Update daily supply inventory as necessary and understanding all operational reports and guidelines set forth by Management.
  • Ensure usage of GO Concierge is consistent daily and all requests and tasks are recorded.
  • Consistently promote and lead service experiences through Entertainment Shows, dining reservations, shopping appointments, tenant relations as well as new exhibits within the Las Vegas area.
  • Understand and use a variety of service systems including, Open Table, LMS, CMS and Special Event Plans.
  • Ensure uniform guidelines are adhered to at all times; clean and pressed and worn in the appropriate manner.
  • Assist in special event planning for all guests while driving sales to tenants within the center.
  • Assist in all Holiday activities and special Marketing or Promotional Events.
  • Excellent customer service experience in hotel, retail or restaurant setting.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, i.e., spreadsheets, Word documents, Excel documents and Power Point.

  • Organized, detail oriented self-starter, able to work independently and part of a group.
  • Must be flexible and able to work weekends, nights and holidays to support shopping center peak hours of operation and Concierge team needs.
  • Proactive, approachable and solution-focused.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma, AA. Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • One year of experience in a guest service role within a luxury hotel environment required
  • Membership within Les Clefs d'Or, knowledge of Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond standards, and multi-lingual abilities are preferred.
