About this job
We are looking to add another employee that has expertise in multiple types of home repair, maintenance and remodeling. You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.
- Rough framing and finish carpentry
- Remodel
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
- Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
- Perform routine repairs at program sites
- HVAC experience is a plus!
Starting salary is depending on knowledge of trade and certifications.
This job is full time and includes an excellent benefits package.
- Typical schedule Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Non-Restricted Driver's License
- Must able to obtain a non-restricted Level 1 Finger print clearance card
- Must be 21 years or older
