The Strategy and Innovation Manager drives the innovation strategy with an emphasis on customer-led differentiation and enables the culture transformation while ensuring that the strategy, businesses, data and technology are meaningfully connected.
We are seeking and individual to help develop the following
Assist with the Consumer Banking Strategy: substantiating the basis of market differentiation and unique selling proposition for selected markets, customers and products. Articulating the components of propositions that deliver sustainable differentiation
Secure execution of the propositions through collaboration: creating coherent plans, managing stakeholders and working collaboratively with customer experience, marketing, technology, products and digital teams.
Innovation portfolio management: develop a Consumer Bank view of the innovation portfolio that most effectively supports the strategy and the development of required capabilities. Assist ideation, prototyping, market launches and portfolio optimization.
