The Server is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests with genuine and personableconversation. This position is critical to our guests overall experience as the Server must ensure the guest has a memorable experience throughout their dining experience. As a restaurant server, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs from the initial greeting to their departure while enhancing their experience with engaging service to compel them to comment.

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.

• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Able to remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift. 
• Coordination skills that allow proper writing, pouring and carrying of several drinks and plates at the 
same time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• High School education.
• Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to server alcoholic beverages.

DUTIES:

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards. 
• Greets guests with a genuine welcome.
• Observes guest's body language to anticipate the guest’s needs to add to their exceptional 
experience.
• Consistently presents the best we have to offer, never selling the guest anything.
• Guides our guests through the menu to assist with their experience by informing them of our 
specials and signature items. 
• Determines the guest wants while making the appropriate recommendations and offering items that 
will enhance their experience
• Answers questions the guest may have regarding our food and beverages and uses their knowledge 
of the restaurant to inform guests of services available.
• Takes the guest’s order and records them to place in the Point of Sale.
• Communicates allergy sensitivity from guests to managers to Culinary. 
• Visually checks guests order’s to ensure the items are prepared according to the guest’s
specifications.
• Adheres to alcohol awareness procedures.
• Able to handle cash with accuracy and accountability.
• Handles guest complaints by listening to their concerns, contacting the manager with any problems 
and solving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction that will compel then to want to return.
• Follows up with guests by asking about their meal and experience to ensure great guest satisfaction.
• Carries clean dishes, glassware, etc. to their designated locations to ensure supplies are available.
• Prepares bill using the Point of Sale, presenting to guest, accepting payment and returning the 
receipt to guest in a timely manner.
• Communicates with tribe members and managers regarding availability of tables, seating large 
parties to ensure guests receive outstanding service. 
• Polishes silverware and glassware for cleanliness and according to presentation standards.
• Assists other tribe members with stocking stations, bussing tables, sweeping, refilling beverages, 
running food, wiping, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and to
prepare for new guests and provide excellent guest service.
• Performs additional duties as required including emptying trash and cleaning the restrooms to 
ensure the restaurant is clean and organized at all times for our guests and fellow tribe members.
