Efficiency Program Manager

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Manage a staff comprised of operations, sales and administrative personnel
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Monitor program tasks, reporting and follow-up on progress and achievements
• Act as the liaison between the internal team and the client

• Engagement in any and all areas critical to program success
• The program will be a ComEd Energy Efficiency Program

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of professional experience in project management
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of software tools such as spreadsheets, project management programs, word processing, presentation and workflow programs, and program tracking tools and techniques
• Knowledge of (and interest and capacity to learn) energy efficient lighting technology and lighting controls, such as LED, occupancy sensors, daylighting, etc.
• Knowledge of (and interest and capacity to learn) HVAC equipment and mechanical systems
• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to create forecasts by interpreting market data and other inputs/variables
• Sound reasoning, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making abilities
• Self-motivated
