Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment. Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant. Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time. Being a Shift Lead combines leadership with strong people skills. Shift Leads make sure Team Members are properly trained, positioned and ready to provide a great Customer experience.
As a Shift Lead, you play a key role in the operation of the restaurant. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manger by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. They take ownership and responsibility of resolving problems, seeks help from others when appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to others.
Additional responsibilities include:
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
Provides regular feedback to the team and RGM
