Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the Pellitizer for optimum performance
Perform Preventive and routine maintenance
Monitor Chip Handling system
Troubleshoot any problems with loading
Change Screens
Operate and maintain the cutter
Maintain supply of screens
Clean bucket elevator
Control and operation of the Extruder within compliance with SOC's
Troubleshoot line performance issues
Monitor quality of pellets
Perform other duties as requested by management
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Extrusion Process
Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
Have or ability to obtain lift truck certification
Good reading and comprehension skills
Ability to work overtime and swap shifts as necessary
Ability to think clearly,take initiative and work independently
Completion of the on line Skills Survey
Industrial and Mechanical ability
Computer Familiarity
Excellent Communication skills
