What we offer
The role of the Trade Marketing Director is to develop, manage, execute and help analyze all promotional and growth strategies for the Sexy Hair brand. This person will also lead the creative design of the sales and marketing collateral.
Manage promotional strategy from order form creation to in-store/on-site execution
Maintain brand consistency with impactful in-store signage, displays, and online initiatives for new product launches and key product activities
Collaborate with Sales Directors to maximize business opportunities of Sexy Hair accounts
Continuously work with brand teams, creative department, digital/communications, sales, education, customer service, customers and external vendors to ensure proper promotional execution
Monitor competitive best practices in order to be best in class in promotional and retail strategies
Use historical data to drive growth by developing and recommending strategies that maximize promotional effectiveness
Qualification:
Who we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA a plus. Preference for degree in business with a marketing focus
Minimum 7 years of experience in trade or retail marketing within apparel, footwear, or beauty
SAP experience a plus
Capacity for multi-tasking with ability to work with tight deadlines
Supervisory experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
