About this job
This is a security company that provides digital video, fire safety and access controls. They also provide real-time full video monitoring. Dispatcher responsibilities include monitoring client locations, responding to alarm signals, and posting incident activity.
Dispatchers are on the phones all day taking inbound calls and making outbound calls following up on issues. Total of 100-150 calls/day. 50% are inbound and 50% are outbound.
Available start times of 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, 10PM, 11PM and 12AM.
