About this job
Support the sales department by entering new whole goods (equipment) inventory and equipment into various business systems, maximizing order programs, and maintaining inventory levels. Work closely with Corporate Sales leadership to ensure accurate inventory and assist with audits.

Essential Duties:
-Responsible for the data entry of all new equipment/wholegoods inventory
- Ensures equipment information in the dealer business system and/or dealership website is accurate and timely updated
- Supports supervisor to and manage stocking levels based on annual sales goals, product changes, and market trends
- Ensures all current order programs are maximized (Early Order Program (EOP), Multi-Unit Discount (MUD), etc.)
- Coordinates internal transfers of all equipment between dealership locations
- Assists in coordination of locating and transfering equipment to/from dealerships to satisfy customer needs
- Participates in internal and external inventory audits to verify inventory records are accurate
- Communicates with internal customers on equipment availability and order status
-Reconciles monthly outstanding list of various equipment
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-2+ years of administrative support experience
- Basic understanding of order fulfillment processes
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Level Microsoft Office and business system
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Preferred:
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a dealership setting
- Knowledge of Deere equipment, programs, and the Ag equipment industry
- Knowledge of John Deere sales applications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (interest rates, budgets, etc.)
