Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Supervision of Customer Quality Associates (work assignments, training, and evaluations)
  • Support Investigation of all quality concerns
  • Communication of activities internally and at the Customer
  • Verification of countermeasure activity
  • Perform and coordinate process audits
  • Complete end of month reports and situation analysis
  • Analyze inspection results
  • Oversee product inspection and sort activity
  • Support transition of new model products and processes
  • Approve Corrective Action updates

Skills/Expererience/Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively supervise associates and manage projects
  • Ability to effectively lead meetings and facilitate team activity
  • Possess technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Customer contact experience
  • Possess Quality Tools knowledge
  • Good computer knowledge and skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to read and use measuring tools (Micrometers, calipers, taper gauge, scale, pin gages)
  • Ability to read basic drawings as well as dimensional drawing instructions

Company Description

Greenville Technology, Inc., ("GTI") is a tier one automotive parts supplier specializing in plastic injection molding, paint and assembly processes. GTI began operations in July 1987 in Greenville, Ohio. In January 2013, GTI opened a new production facility in Anderson, Indiana and in the summer of 2015, GTI opened a North American Office in Marysville, OH.

GTI produces plastic injection automotive parts for interior and exterior applications. Parts can be simple non-painted injected parts to complex console assemblies. GTI practices a lean manufacturing model, sound 5S principles, and first-in first-out inventory management systems.
