We are looking for a career minded, experienced customer service dispatcher who can take charge and get the job done. We have a highly dynamic and demanding service department that will challenge you on a daily basis. If you are a fast paced, problem solver, think-outside-of-the-box kind of person, we are interested in talking to you. We are looking for a long term team member. Someone who wants to continue to grow, learn, and help improve our service department. This is a fast paced job that demands unshakable multitasking skills and impeccable customer service skills. Construction industry experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person
You must be on time, reliable, and like to work in a fast paced, constantly changing, customer service oriented environment. Customer Service & Scheduling Experience
Required Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Scheduling approximately (8-15) projects per day based on drivers location and job load
Constant updating of job schedules and project files
Creating quotes, jobs and maintaining an extensive customer data base
Scheduling service calls, and installations
Work with operations staff for deliveries and installations
Work with managers and all other staff to complete projects
Creating and tracking all drivers paperwork
Organizing and processing previous day’s work
Addressing customer questions and concerns
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Above average customer service
Great attitude, willing to help others and go above and beyond
Willing to work in a team environment
Sage 100/Outlook/Excel/Word
Multi-line office phones
Impeccable organizational skills
Experience working in a Construction environment
Must clearly write and speak English (Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required)
Minimum of 35 wpm typed
Ability to be cool and collected under pressure
Must be able to quickly change tasks and direction, multitasking a MUST
Exceptional inter-personal skills
Strong and effective problem solver
