Guest Experience and Service Leaders
As the Guest Experience Lead you greet each guest, interact with an inviting atmosphere in the dining room. You will make sure the guest’s experience is a great one and guide the guest to place their order at the kiosk.
When Guest Experience Leads aren’t busy helping guests place their orders at the kiosks, they can also talk with the guests who are waiting for to go orders. You might also deliver trays of food to guest's tables, pick up trays after guests are finished or refill drinks, open door for guests, help families by providing high chairs.
