Sales &Promotion

* Maximizesprofit by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
Financial& Budgetary
* Maintains Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and cost controlsin regards to food, beverage and labor goals
* Maintain a positive year over year in store sales growth
Managerial& Supervisory
* Manages the leadership and performance excellence of the team bytraining, modeling, developing, motivating and assessing all team members toensure continuous growth
* Manages all front of the house and back of the house operations toinclude inventory and payroll
* Ensures safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards areemphasized, practiced, and inspected
Education& Experience
* Collegedegree in culinary, business or two years of management experience and leadershipexperience
* Previousrestaurant experience with fast casual or full service experience required
* Experiencedriving operations and financial performance
* 1year of customer service experience
Licenses/ Certifications / Registrations
* ServSafeCertification or equivalent certification
* CPR/AEDcertification required within the first 30 days of hire
