PositionStatement

Provides excellence in service forguests and owners while on property, responding to guest inquiries and needs.Follows brand standards at all times. Conduct that demonstrates commitment anddedication to our Spirit of Service culture and our company Values is expectedat all times.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeper you would be responsible for executing your position'sresponsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and drivingcompany success through performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:

  • Greet guests immediately with friendly/sincereacknowledgement
  • Provide customer serviceto guests, including information about resort services, activities and localattractions
  • Cleans rooms, includingbut not limited to stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washingdishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters and moving furniture. Allwork must be completed within an allotted time frame in order to meet productionstandards.
  • Reports deficiencies inorder to maintain room in compliance with resort standards
  • Replenish linen andguest amenities
  • Assist co-workers asrequested
  • Other duties as assignedby supervisor and/or management
  • Work in a fast-paced andsometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous demands from guestsand for business needs.
  • Physically able to workfrom a ladder
  • Ability to learn, followand enforce standards for cleanliness as they apply to all aspects of room
  • Ability to follow allsafety procedures/standards and able to recognize and act in emergencysituations
  • Able to lift up to50lbs; push/pull cart over 200lbs.
  • Display professionalimage at all times through appearance and conduct.
  • Follow key controlprotocol
  • Regular attendance in keeping withguidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successfulperformance of this position
