JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join a General Contracting firm in New Windsor, NY. Candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing a project autonomously including:
- Site work
- Utility Work
- Paving
- Concrete work
- Creating project schedule in Microsoft Projects
- Ability to schedule subcontractors, approve materials, etc..
- Craft two weeks "look ahead's" for scheduling purposes
- Attend project meetings and communicate with owners
- Submit additional project work requirements to the estimating group for pricing
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Scope of the project
- Manage jobs up to 4-5 Million Dollars
MUST HAVES:
- At least 7 years of Project Manager Experience
- Heavy Civil Experience
- Site Work/Utility Work
- OSHA 10
PAY & COMPENSATION:
$80,000 - $125,000
- Competitive salary
- Bonuses
- Profit sharing
HOURS:
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
