About this job
Aerotek is looking to hire multiple Automotive Mechanics for a client in Sterling, VA. Incumbents must have mechanic knowledge on a variety of vehicle types (sedan, SUV, truck, etc). Good time management skills with the ability to multitask between vehicles is a must. The incumbent will be working at a high volume automotive auction lot - there will always be work to be done and optional overtime is offered! This is a base plus commission position. Commission incentives are very lucrative given the amount of work available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- 1+ years of automotive repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of tools and equipment required to conduct all repairs
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools required
