The CSR will work hand-in-hand with the Coordinators, Centralized Services Manager and the Field Office teams by providing exceptional customer service, accurate data entry and process expertise.

Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

Duties: Provide ongoing customer service and support to field office teams. Reviewing, correcting, and verifying data via various web portals and spreadsheets. Updating all of your work using an online database system. Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Remain Available to take incoming calls using Interaction Client at all times while at your workstation.. - Making outbound calls in a call center environment. - Complete confidentiality when handling sensitive associate information. - Compliance with the Centralized Services attendance policy. - Maintain a clean and organized work space. - Train CSRs on taking calls.

Employment Types: Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal.
