E-Commerce Manager - Full-time / Part-time

EarthtechProducts.com, an 11 year old successful e-commerce company is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our team. At EarthtechProducts.com we look for friendly staff that understand the value of providing a great customer service experience to every customer.

• Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm with 1-hour lunch break.
• Small office environment
• Room for growth
• Just steps from the Merrick LIRR.

$40,000 + Health Benefits and growth opportunities Responsibilities Include:

• Customer Service: Handle customer questions and service issues via phone and email.
• Operations: Process orders, data entry, follow up with vendors.
• Merchandising: Upload products on website, communicate with existing and new vendors about new items.

The selected candidate will receive product, sales & customer service training. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with speaking to customers, self-motivated, excellent time management skills and have a four year college degree or have prior experience in the customer service field. Must also have general computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Windows 7, Outlook, Word & Excel. Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML or any website management experience is a plus.
