About this job
The Sharptown North Nursery Director works with the staff and volunteers to provide safe, quality care to our infants, toddlers and children as well as to interact with parents and caregivers to ensure that the children’s needs are met and provide a safe and welcoming nursery environment. Every Sunday (8:30-Noon) as well as special events. Responsible for setting-up & cleaning-up rooms and equipment.
We are looking for someone committed to the Christian faith, at least 21 years of age, who has professional experience with caring for young children. He/she should be able to interact well with parents, work as part of a team, and direct nursery assistants. If hired, a background check and screening form must be completed as part of Sharptown Church Safe Sanctuaries Program. CPR and First Aid certification within the first 90 days is required.
Location is Sharptown North Church, 120 Village Green Drive (in Woolwich Muncipal Bldg), Woolwich Twp, NJ 08085
