Warehouse/Production Supervisor

compensation: $48,000 - 65,000Annually

Our Client in the Pittsburgh area  is seeking hardworking, reliable supervisor for general warehouse and  packaging production line work.

Preferred candidates will have the following:

* High School Diploma

* 3-5 years experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment

* Basic electronic and mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities include: 

* Coordinate packaging line production to fill customer orders.

* Manage material stock and equipment consumables.

* Problem solving, decision making, analytical skills and organizational skills.

* Provide leadership and direction in meeting safety, quality and production goals.

* Directly supervise employees 

Requirements for this position: 

* Work history of problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.

* Verifiable supervisory experience in a production environment.

* Candidates must have the ability to carry 50 lbs. unassisted.

* Good attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Competence in the safe use of hand & power tools.

* Excellent communication skills.

This facility operates 3 shifts a day, Monday through Friday. We have an immediate, full-time position opening on the  shift, although some shift variability should be expected!!!
