Responsibilities:

1. Clean various types of dishes and utensils for cooking or serving.
2. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
3. Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
4. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
5. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
6. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
7. Sweep and scrub floors.
8. Clean, organize and sanitize all areas of market including the storage areas, floors, walls, ceilings, baseboards, etc. 

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Dishwasher in a high volume environment.
2. Knowledge of dishware, floors and area washing procedures
3. Clean in a thorough and professional manner
4. Possess guest service skills
5. Work well with others.
6. Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
7. Keep area clean and organized.
8. Able to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
9. Able to stand for extended periods.
10. Able to work independently.
