Searching for a talented, happy, energetic hospitality professional for our beautiful French Brasserie in Downtown SF. 


We are seeking an individual who has grace and skill, coupled with knowledge and humor for our Assistant General Manager role. Gaspar has exceptional FOH & BOH teams, with a strong focus on communication, and many dedicated hard-working team members in all positions. This role requires a strong floor presence, excellent client relations, and revenue growth/direct sales. This is the perfect fit for an assistant general manager looking to strengthen their level of experience, who enjoys daily challenges and can fit into our tech-savvy management team. You truly must love working with people, you will be the face and know-how of our business, and need to be professional and charismatic at the same time.

We expect a certain amount of autonomy from all of our managers, you must come to us prepared to learn, excel and lead. We want to see inspiration and passion from you, working solo and within your team. We need true leaders in our industry, who understand cuisine & beverage as well as hospitality and administration/governance. 


A brief synopsis of the expected qualities/abilities of all Managers:

-Lead and empower staff and other managers to excel in their roles, including driving sales, education and consistent exposure to other players in our industry;

-Understanding of the basic principles of revenue growth, direct sales techniques, and constructive sales leadership with service teams;

-Use your skill-sets in human resource management to create and maintain staffing that consistently embodies our company culture/vision;

-Good understanding of the principles of Hospitality, ability to learn & grow in this area;

-Professional, good-natured behavior at all times, including with vendors and clients;

-Base understanding of inventories cost control, and product rotation;

-Ability to guide employees in areas of cuisine & beverage, taking into account local and national trends;

-LOVE of working in fast-paced environments;

-Knowledge & ability to uphold all State and Fed regulations and rules, including Health, ABC, Labor, etc.
