General Manager
A client support manager is expected to administer the delivery of services to clients as well as provide support to business development, client management, and service delivery teams. Serving as a link between business management and clients, a client support manager plays an integral role in business communications.
DUTIES:
Prepare documents that meet specific customer needs.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Recommend products to our museum clients based on client needs and interests.
Arrange delivery and installation of products and equipment.
Contact regular and prospective clients to demonstrate products and services.
Manage company social media outreach.
Identify prospective clients by using business directories and attending trade shows and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 Years college, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy in Office and CRM software. CAD experience a plus.
Candidate must reside within reasonable commute from Coral Springs, FL.
