Retail Sales Representative - Hourly Pay!

We are hiring for motivated individuals to join our growing marketing and sales team. This position is great for a college graduate OR a candidate who is interested in starting a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required - just a BIG personality and a willingness to learn is needed!

Retail Sales Representatives earn an hourly base pay based on experience, school, and the interview process. In addition to an hourly base pay, team members receive full paid training, internal growth, and travel opportunities within our dynamic organization. During training, Retail Sales Representatives will be cross-trained in sales, customer service, marketing, and retail campaigns, in order to gain a holistic understanding of the business.

Retail Sales Representatives Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential customers
• Understanding each potential customers needs
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge (clients & competitors)
• Ability to coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team
• Comfortable working hands-on to set-up and organize event equipment

Desired Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience working in a leadership role
• Comfortable with direct sales and marketing
• Having a BIG personality
• Strong people skills
• Having energy, self-motivation and drive
• Being willing to learn and be coached
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a fast pace industry
