The Personal Banker position serves as an ambassador of Commerce Bank to our customers. This key branch team member is primarily responsible for providing the optimal customer experience and delivering personal service across multiple business lines, which includes service and sales activities. On a typical banking day, the Personal Banker will enjoy a significant level of customer contact and requests. This position will provide a great level of skill, knowledge and experience for your career and professional development.

Preferred applicants will have: High School diploma (or equivalent), customer service, retail sales and/or banking experience (Personal Banker or Teller)

**Availability to work on Saturdays is a must.**

Hourly Pay Range: Depending on your skills and experience, the hiring rate can range between
$12.00/hour-$15.00/hour

Each of the positions above have a $500 sign-on bonus available with an initial payment of $250 at start and $250 at six months of service.

For these positions, federal regulations require Commerce Bank to prepare an investigatory consumer report which will disclose credit history. If you express interest in and are considered for these position, you’ll be asked to authorize that report.
