Join our team of retail experts who share their knowledge of the latest retail trends, assist customers with selections, merchandise new product as it arrives, and promote our Your Rewards credit cards. Retail Sales Associates ensure that our customers are served as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are seeking engaging associates to provide great customer service and drive brand awareness for our Your Rewards Credit Card! Associates must be comfortable approaching customers to sign them up for loyalty programs and private label credit cards.
We’ll value your:
- Ability to make a great, positive, long lasting first impression
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and associates
- Strong customer service and selling techniques
- Ability to handle multiple customers while maintaining poise and upholding our customer service standards.
- Prior experience with Point of Sales (POS) and tablet/iPad, preferred
Schedules include a variety of day, evening and weekend hours.
It is with heavy hearts that we will be closing our doors soon. We are currently hiring temporary associates to help during our wind down of business operations.
