Busser/Stocker - Join Founding Farmers Reston's Opening Team - Now Hiring!

If you are eager to work in a guest service position, but don’t have any prior restaurant specific work experience, being a Busser/Stocker is a great way to get started. Bussers/Stockers support the service team by making sure all the necessary service tools are readily available: silverware, plates, glassware, ice, etc. Learn the foundations of good service and then grow with us as a Swarmer/Server Apprentice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment

• Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure

• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, breakfast shifts, and some holidays

• Able to perform essential functions to company standards with reasonable accommodation
