Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Empanada Guy is looking for a Store Manager for multiple locations in New Jersey.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License

• Must have or acquire ServSafe Manager Certification with 90 days

• Perform basic math functions

• Open/Flexible availability

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Excellent Leadership abilities

• Ability to travel to different locations.

Manager Responsibilities :

• Managing staff and creating staff scheduling according to budget.

• Ordering Inventory according to budget.

• Hiring/Disciplinary Actions

• Training new staff and delegating functions to all staff.

• Operate POS

• Follow cash handling procedures: Maintain accurate cash drawer, banking and managing petty Cash and ensuring daily deposits.

• Expediting food to customer, cooking/frying/cleaning.

• Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.

• Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.

• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas and storefront meet restaurant cleaning standards.

• Train staff to prepare for upcoming shifts.

• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.

• Overseeing staff and managing breaks.

• Maintain store budget, margin expectations and other financial budgets associated with the site.

Manager must possess an upbeat and friendly manner as you will be dealing with customers as well as excellent leadership skills. Full time positions available.

Please make sure you are interested in performing all positions including; key holder, cashier, expediter, attendant and line cook duties.

Salary Position starting at $40,000 and up to $44,290.
