Job Description
Farmers District Office is searching for a candidate to lead all recruiting activities for various positions, including agents, agency staff, and agency producers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sourcing support to the District Manager and Agency Business Consultants
- Assist managers with the interview and selection processes as appropriate
- Implement sourcing strategies that produces the most effective candidate search (ie. job boards, personal referrals, newspaper ads, career fairs, etc.)
- Conduct phone screening and initial interviews as appropriate
- Work with candidates on licensing and contracting as needed
- May perform other duties
Qualifications:
- Insurance experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience in recruiting and/or sales is desirable
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge with the use of computer websites, tracking spreadsheets, and online contracting software
- Self-motivated and highly energetic
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
