ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our Client is an upscale women's boutique which carry's the latest trends, favorite designers, and unique finds in Brookfield, WI.

- Base Salary of the first 3 months is NEGOTIABLE!
- After first 3 months - Salary base + 5% Commission on total sales of store - not just your own. A great opportunity to reap the rewards of training your staff well!
- Great work hours. Typical workweek is 40 hours.

- 2 weeks Paid Vacation, prorated the first year (1 week the first 6 months, the 2nd week earned thereafter).

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in women’s retail in a boutique environment.
- Knowledge of what it takes to succeed in a women’s boutique.
- Demonstrated ability to sell women’s retail.
- Comfort being held to and strongly motivated by regular sales goals.
- Experienced in clienteling and building a “book of business”.
- Ideal candidate will come with an established “book of business” .
- Passion for and interest in women’s fashion.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Primary responsibility is to drive top line revenue growth for the boutique.
- Regularly keeps, tracks and drives to improve store KPI’s
- Ability to recruit, train, hire, and motivate a staff of Sales Associates.
- Ability to manage and schedule staff, setting sales goals.
- Ability to effectively merchandise women’s clothing
- Responsible and dependable
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to easily pick up new technology
- Proficient in most common means of Social Media (most notably Facebook and Instagram)
- Comfort operating online Point of Sales systems
