About this job

Taking inbound calls for a telecom client. It will be back to back calls and high volume.
Answer questions regarding billing, modem issues, fees, home phone, all inbound inquiries.
Must also hit sales quotas involved for upselling


Eligible for bonuses once they go permanent. Once perm, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. The leadership is very supportive and they have an internal university which allows you to gain additional skills

Hours must be available: 5am-10pm Mon-Fri 6am-7pm Sat-Sun *shift bids at end of training

Required: 6 months customer service does not have to be in a call center Proficient on a computer Preferred: Call center experience Wireless phone experience
