Our practice specializes in the treatment of chronic pain and illness and has delivered a broad range of cutting-edge conventional and integrative health care for over 25 years.
A teaching affiliate of Georgetown University Medical School, the Kaplan Center has an outstanding reputation to go along with its being the first integrative medical clinic in the Washington, D.C. area. The ideal physician will be boarded in family medicine, internal medicine or PM&R. She/he must have an interest in chronic pain and illness management with a background in functional medicine. The ideal candidate will have additional skills in at least once of the following areas: U/S guided injections and prolotherapy/ regenerative medicine, manual medicine skills or acupuncture. Features include: Outpatient, fee-for-service practice, with patient sessions that last from 30 to 60 minutes. A medical team comprised of physicians, physical therapists, a psychotherapist, nurses and a dietitian.
