1ST AND 2ND SHIFTS AVAILABLE! LOCATION:  ONLY ONE MILE OFF THE GENE SNYDER, 5-10 MINUTES FROM WESTPORT ROAD AND MIDDLETOWN AREAS, APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN Performs resident care activities and related nursing services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety and comfort of residents Performs duties in accordance with established nursing objectives, standards, facility policies and procedures and resident's rights Must know and implement all facility safety rules Reports any incidents or accidents involving residents, staff or visitors Maintains friendly, respectful attitude towards residents, families, and other staff Stocks linen carts as shift begins, and as needed Pass and sets up trays for residents capable of feeding self Pick up trays and mark diet monitor after meals Make beds (handle clean and soiled linen correctly) Pass ice and fresh water Pass snacks Clean overbed and bedside tables Clean wheelhcairs and shower chairs Answer call lights, summon assistance if necessary Check personal supplies in resident rooms Keep resident closets and bedside tables neat and clean Transport residents in wheelchairs, etc to dining room, activities, etc Keep linen rooms and shower rooms straightened and free of clutter The Courier Journal.
